Navigenics
Summary:
Navigenics, a health start-up focused on clinically guided genetic analysis, was seeking a design partner to help create their “go-to-market” website design and user experience. Working with internal staff we helped craft a strategy aimed at communicating the company’s unique value proposition to new customers, and creating an easy to use experience for existing members. We worked with copywriters, product managers, and physicians to turn strategy into design by conceptualizing the entire design experience with a cohesive look and feel that leveraged data coming into the portal from multiple systems. We then created wire-frame concepts for the final site design. Finally, we assisted in the production of site enhancements post-launch.
