The Creative Coast Alliance
Regional non-profit expanding scope of services offered to the community and implementing new programs required an updated site and navigation as well as full online application development efforts, from product conception through to design and execution.
Summary:
The site’s front-end design was difficult to navigate and did not represent the current organizational offerings or community/service priorities.Our PM lead was brought in to assess the site’s most critical priorities for improvement through usability studies, a thorough site analysis and recommendations. A complete information architecture re-design was completed and implemented using Ruby on Rails and two existing vendors were managed to assist with design improvements . Project manager worked with the internal team to coordinate a phased launch to redesign and re-architect the site.
