WebMD Symptom Checker

Summary:

When the WebMD Symptom Checker, traditionally the most frequently used application at WebMD.com, was in need of an interaction design face-lift we were there to help. Working directly with the WebMD Product Manager and Medical staff we dissected the existing system, assisted in a creating a strategy designed to ease consumer use and expedite product results, and then applied new user interaction features to enhance the end-to-end consumer experience. We then art directed the entire process, from concept to execution, and story-boarded the entire flow. Lastly, we worked directly with the sales team to incorporate new sponsorship opportunities and rolled out a product demo that the sales force could take directly to advertiser meetings.
